Shipping policy

Standard Shipping 

• Complimentary Ground shipping is offered on all pre-paid orders over $499. 
  • Ground shipping may take as many as 10 business days from shipping confirmation.
• Charges for faster shipping options are calculated by the carrier and paid for by the customer on all orders. 

Order Processing/Fulfillment

• All processed orders will be shipped within 2 business day of completed payment.
• Any orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery, and AmpX eWheels is in no way responsible for any service interruptions by the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

• Once an order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Time

• Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 3–7 business days.
